Compare observed progress with the plan
ACS monitors the approved scope at an agreed frequency or at defined milestones. Reports describe work planned and observed, completed and open items, supporting evidence, dependencies and delays. Dated photographs or video are included where applicable.
Make issues and decisions visible
An overall green, amber or red status summarises progress, supported by the observations behind it. Quality concerns within scope, inconsistencies and outstanding actions are recorded so the client can see what requires attention before the next reporting period.
Support milestone decisions
If payment is requested while acceptance items remain open, the report identifies the gap against the agreed criteria. The client retains the payment and acceptance decision. Monitoring can support property improvements, technology implementations, procurement, facilities work and creative production where progress can be evidenced.
