How Diaspora Connect Works

A Defined Process. Clear Evidence. Documented Limitations.

Independent evidence and reporting for clients who need a clearer view from outside Nigeria. Diaspora Connect is designed to replace vague “please help me check” arrangements with a professional scope, evidence standard and reporting process.

Request a Diaspora Connect Scope

Step 1 — Tell us what you need to verify or monitor

Share the provider, project, location, decision you are facing and the evidence you already have.

  • Step 2 — Define the scope
  • ACS confirms the exact checks, evidence required, site/location requirements, reporting cadence,
  • exclusions and specialist needs.
  • Step 3 — Verify and observe
  • ACS reviews available information, contacts relevant parties and visits the location where this is
  • included and feasible.
  • Step 4 — Document the evidence
  • The report shows what was reviewed, what was observed, inconsistencies, unanswered questions
  • and the limits of the conclusion.
  • Step 5 — Establish a baseline for ongoing monitoring
  • For Project Monitor engagements, the approved scope, milestones and acceptance criteria become
  • the reference point for future reports.
  • Step 6 — Report and escalate
  • Scheduled reports are issued, and material red flags are escalated promptly according to the agreed
  • protocol.
