Can ACS hold or release my money?
No. Diaspora Connect is not an escrow service. Use an appropriately authorised provider for regulated payment or escrow services.

Can you verify a family member handling a project?
The service is designed around businesses, providers, projects and evidence. Where a private individual is involved, ACS will first confirm whether the requested checks are lawful, appropriate and within scope.
